I’m looking for a new hairstylist and colorist. I’ve been going to two wonderful people at Van Michael in Norcross for years. I love them and their work on my hair...

Another vote for Naomi. She's responsible for my "do." Neat salon - not IN Tucker but off Lavista near Clairmont. Not too bad of a commute!
When my daughter Meg Rassassi Turner says "Mom, you got to fix that!" it is official...I need a new hairdresser. Any suggestions? I can't deal with this PTA hair much...
Su S. replied:
PTA hair?! Is that like late 70's early 80's? Harper Valley meets Big Hair Bands?
Kimmy L. replied:
Indeed...okay...I'm going to annoy Pork Chop now...snort, goodnight all!
Kimmy L. replied:
Yay! Augusta Hinds is going to fix the KSRL PTA hair...which she hates, by the way!

Seriously... I go to Shearious Hair Salon. I see Joshua McMichen. They are all rock stars!
Ladies, do you know of an established, talented hair stylist who can manage naturally curly short haircuts and styles in the area? Thanks in advance!
Terri C. replied:
My daughter went there. She has curly hair and the stylist said she had to thin it to look good. Yikes, it did NOT. I would maybe go to the stylist that owns the shop. I know a lot of people go to Salon J. Christian and see Adrianne. She is good and has curly hair herself.
Andrea S. replied:
I agree with Eileen. I have Curley hair and love Gavin and his wife Allison. Both at sniggers
Elaine A. replied:
Allison Lawhead at Siggers can do everything. She is the best!

Any hairstylist willing to make a house call? I have a special needs 5yo that desperately needs a non-mother cut but cannot 'deal with' going to a salon. Any advice...
