Paul A Rueda, owner of JohnPaul Builders, he is an honorable man willing to meet and explain the ins and outs of the process. He has been brought in by several national charity organizations to follow disasters in other states and assist where needed. Check around, for your own good check into the background of all builders you are looking into. Call local PD, check with BBB, call the DCA, ask local building supply companies what they think... do your own investigation. You need to have a lot of trust in the person you sign with. I see a lot of very good names people are giving you here... but as with all things, ask around and do your due diligence.
