So, what did you swallow???? My family, on my Dad's side, is from Budapest. They eat some pretty funky stuff there. Dad's sister came over here once. Stayed at my house and taught me some authentic Hungarian recipes. Chicken Paprikash is on the menu for tomorrow. We didn't speak a work of each other's language, but it didn't matter. We got along just dandy and I learned a LOT from her.

We tend to hang around 63 rd St. near the Hospital for Special Surgery. There are so many there to choose from. Every ethnicity you can think of. I love it. I just hate going there to see my doc all the time. We sure do love the food and have tried about every single restaurant in the area. None bad so far. Can't see how you can go wrong.

Carrolls in Manahakin is gone too. Cuisine on the Greene at Atlantis Country Club is really good.
