I'd venture to say most "Party Rental" places probably have catering equipment to rent, you'll probably just need to call and ask see what they have. Like I just Googled "Catering Equipment Rental Tucson" and immediately got 2 listings https://www.tucsonpartyrentals.com/catering-equipment] https://www.partiesplus.com/ There's probably more, those just come up first. I can't vouch for any. So really, you just gotta search a little harder. There's at least a dozen party rental companies in Tucson, just call around and ask who has catering equipment, particularly gas/coal grills to rent.

FARROW makes awesome sandwiches, (with vegan option) and coffee. They also carry Bloom cookies which are locally made and vegan. They are in Garneau. AFAIK they do catering.

Disclaimer: I work for www.SkipTheDishes.ca U of A area has some great options for delivery on our site. We work with Padmanadi (if you want full on vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.) - as well as Sherlock on Campus, Maki Maki, and so many others that'll deliver straight to that area.
