From watching your AZ Hwys TV shows, after Christmas took a road trip Phoenix to Payson to Holbrook to Petrified Forest & Painted Desert to Canyon de Chelley; then to The View at Monument Valley Tr ibal Park; then Tuba City & Second Mesa Hopi Lands to Winslow (Standin on a corner) and La Posada RR Hotel/Museum; to Meteor Crater to Oak Creek Canyon at Junipine Inn for lunch, then Sedona to Poco Diablo Resort to Phoenix. All had to see after your shows. So YOU are the fabulous travel agent off the Arizona Highways, you are the fairest of them all !!

If Costa Rica is code for Michigan, there is a great little town called Waterford that you HAVE to stay in! Fabulous lodging, lots of sights to see and nightly entertainment.

We split up our time in La Fortuna and Playa Hermosa (Jaco). In Fortuna we hiked Arenal Volcano in the Nat'l park and went ziplining in the rain forest. Playa Hermosa was nice to chill by the beach. There's a ton to do and stuff for everyone - you just have to decide what kind of vacation you want to have!
