You've not noticed that there are at least 2-3 barbers for every high street where you can get a haircut for a tenner?

There's a greek bloke in Kensington who will press his erection into your shoulder whilst asking if you like Graham Norton. I don't remember how much the haircut cost, but I've never felt so cheap.

Splash in Soho should be under £25, you get a good cut too!

Mr Toppers, £6. Anywhere around Finsbury Park/Green Lanes, barely a tenner. There are loads of barbers, mostly in immigrant areas, charging cheap prices because a haircut is a necessity, not some daft, Western, Tony&Guy £45 bourgeois luxury.

If you can stretch to £27, Pall Mall in Fitzrovia are dynamite. You can book online too.

Maxim on Green Lanes is consistently the best haircut I've ever had (or any one on that street, since it's a Turk neighborhood), it's £12, so for you to say you can't find a good haircut for under 25 makes you sound naive in the extreme. where do you live? I guarantee there is a place within a fifteen minute walk where you can get a haircut for a tenner.

The W12 Shopping centre opposite Shepherds Bush tube station has a haicut place for £5. Failing that, tons of barbers along the Uxbridge Road will do it for £6...

Belvedere Barber Company in the lobby of the Main Park Plaza parking garage at 4 th and Main, downtown. There's one barber who works there and he's also the owner. He does his appointments through a website where you can choose the services you want as well as a specific time. He's friendly and focuses on the old school barber experience with straight razor shaving and hot towel. He also saves your haircut preferences in the notes on his phone so you don't have to repeat yourself every visit.
jookyspooky replied:
You will need to get an appointment. Most decent barbers are booked so you'll have to go in and set up an appointment for the following week. Once you get an appointment you can set another one up for a month or so out. If you want walk in service then try super cuts or sport clips.

El Continental on Speedway... Definitely the best around.

I've tried all of these mentioned, and the best haircut to price I've found is the men's room on Campbell. They have a student discount day that's $13 for a killer haircut, and it's only $16 regularly. G's does a good job in a pinch if you can't drive/bike up the street to men's room. El continental is good as well, but pretty expensive. **edit: Holy spelling batman

Swank is too expensive, go there if you want to listen to EDM and pay 40 bucks for a cut and shave. Gentlemen's Choice on 6 th street is my go-to barber shop. Jack has cut my hair twice, it's the only place I've gone back to.

G's Barber shop is really close to campus (Speedway and Cherry) and they are pretty good. If you do want to go across town there is Elite Barber Shop (Valencia and Tucson). Elite has some of the best barbers in town. Either place is a good bet and about the same in terms of prices.
