I need a piano tuner (desperately!). Any recommendations?
Erica F. replied:
Mr. Herman Jenkins. He has tuned my mom's piano for over 30 years - he is great. Will voice it too if you like. 918-827-6340.:)
Carol G. replied:
Riverview and other churches use Doug Snook. We've used him for several years and he is both excellent and reasonable. Used to be Min. of Music at Kirk of the Hills. Now serves another church somewhere near by. Phone is 918-398-1460
Christie M. replied:
Mom always used a guy called Jack Frost. He's blind, but very good and decently priced. It's been forever though, so I'm not sure if he's still around...
Tulsa Band is some good guys, I've worked with them for a long time. Usually music stores have someone the recommend.
Craig B. replied:
Bill Miller, best of the best.
Cecilie H. replied:
Herman Jenkins in Mounds...very good.
David I. replied:
Greg Wicks.
Kimberly L. replied:
I remember Greg Lynch from Saied's, a good tuner! They'd have his number at Saied's even though he's not an employee. (I gave it out plenty of times when people called looking for a tuner.)
PIANO TUNER needed. will you please recommend who I might call. I lifted the lid to play it, after several years of not using it, and omg it sounds awful. past due.
