  Mrs. Karen, I worked at Saied's on 71 st St. while a student. They can recommend someone. They have 2 or 3 different tuners they can call on to tune their Steinways in a hurry. The main man they use (Or used to use) had the first name John, but his last name escapes me. it's worth a cal. 918-252-5541. Ask for Kim Koch or Lance Henderson (managers).
