That is a pretty nasty wound. I am not sure she will survive without vet care. I have a few suggestions though, join Pet Chickens on FB and ask your question there. You can buy antibiotics at Tractor supply but I don't know what you can give. For now she can have triple antibiotic on her wound (without pain relief) and needs to put in a warm dark place. Good luck!
