We love Dr Liao at TMC allergy. http://www.tlcallergy.com/ They have an office in HB but share space with an urgent care (including lobby) so I prefer their Tustin office.

Sorry hit enter before I finished!! I've heard really great things about Dr. Brousseau not sure if they would be able to help you with your specific problem but I do know they do an elimination diet and such... call them and see if they could help you
