This doesn't quite hit the mark for breakfast rolls, but Grower's Direct next to the Lowes in Aliso Viejo sells bread baked daily by C'est Si Bon.

Jolanda’s Cafe and catering in Lake Forest. Best croissants I’ve had in CA. Oh, and they’re massive. You can special order “mini” croissants, which are what a normal person would consider a regular croissant, but you’ll need to get a full tray and order a few days ahead of time. You’ll eat all of them.
