I'd also recommend Barnes Roofing. We've used them for several small jobs. Good response time and reasonable prices.

For the work that needs an insurance estimate I will need a day or two to figure that out but my oldest boy can clean your gutters. Hunter Via will be honest and won't charge you an arm and a leg.
