Bread Chang(브레드창) is the greatest bakery in Ulsan. They use only organic flour and fresh, healthy ingredients! Bread Chang is also well-known and popular to lots of lovers of healthy and tasty bread! It is located in Okdong, Namgu(Moonsuro). There's a lot of unique European style bread. The most popular one is Ang-baguette and squid-ink baguette. Bread Oak in Samsan-dong, in a back alley not far from Frau Medi hospital. They make, among the other things, a mini-baguette with gorgonzola cheese which is to die for.

Pappilon Bakery in Seognam has really good bread. Its near KB Bank. Also OPS in the basement of Lotte Department Store is pretty decent too. They have good cakes which come in small ceramic bowls you can reuse in your kitchen

Antoi-cake in Seongnam-dong. They make things in house and operate a cafe. Delicious cakes, macaroons, eclaires, etc. They also offer baking classes in Korean.

Nicedeli.com has a pretty good selection of things. The turkey is spendy, but extremely delicious!

In Ulsan, you'll be hard pressed to find anything resembling a proper deli. Online or in Seoul is pretty much the only way to do it. Same with baked things like Christmas cake/pudding. Costco does sell frozen turkeys at this time of year, but I've not seen a proper ham. As Jake mentioned, if you go to the Where to Buy section of ulsanonline.com, there are directions on how to get to the Bakery Supply store.

Lotte Department store OPS is the best boulangerie in town... all my french friends goes there just to buy good bread..

Mr. Sim bakes the best bread by far! Much tastier than Paris and Toush, I've found! The ciabatta is particularly tasty! The bakery is in Kkotbawi, Bangeo-dong. I'll send you directions later, when I have more time.

The closest landmark would be the GS gas station ~ it's on your left, and the Bakery Supply store is IMMEDIATELY after it. The store is tucked into the left hand corner of a large white warehouse, set back from the street behind tall fencing. Hope this helps.
