There's a Repair Shop at Hyundai Dept Store in Dong-Gu, 3 rd floor I think. They do all sorts of alterations. I've never taken a dress, but I've done trousers, jackets. It doesn't hurt asking.

Not sure, but there is a place behind Homeplus that looks like they could repair a zipper. I had mine repaired at the market street near Prugio. A lady with a sewing machine at the market could fix it there. Also there is a seamstress next to Dr Shin, in the same building, near HFC.
