I was quoted (on Monday) from NWBC - Can't book anything until Tuesday but he won't come out til w/c 20 th but I'll take your money now...I don't think so! Apparently there is only one pest controller for NWBC!! I used Terminator Pest Control (recommended by the council because they can't get their part time act together) - 0800 373023. They came out next day. I would have left them but they has come in through the outside wall and nested underneath the floorboards in the bathroom.
