My friend who lives at scouthead will take a dog into her home to look after. She is fully insured and has a very friendly golden retriever and cocker spaniel. Tanglewood Cat Care in Lees. Brilliant. Updates on Facebook and vet on hand next door if needed. Can't recommend enough. Cats are accommodated in rooms rather than kennels ( mine seems to like one particular room so its always reserved for him!!!)

Try Petsville Uppermill. I've used them a couple of times this year. Its not deluxe at all but they have a lovely cat garden with herbs that they can have a run in, spacious pens and the owners have been there a long time. My cat is booked in again with them. They really care about their residents. £11 a day including food.
