How high can you raise it? I had "frozen shoulder" which meant startling pain in shoulder and all the way down the arm to the elbow. Ow. Ice, exercises and gentle stretches and ultimately it went away -- only now the OTHER shoulder is frozen. Sigh. But this one is "thawing" slowly, thank goodness. Don't feel like a wimp about this: A woman I know said her very stoic and strong father had frozen shoulder and the PT his insurance paid for had him in tears at times. I won't say that I cried doing those exercises, but I will say they weren't comfortable at first. Hope you feel better soon.
