There are JA's, but JA doesn't necessarily imply Farmers Market. The nearest Farmers Market is the one behind Dominoes off the 8 and 75 as mentioned.

Aeon Rycom mall would probably have most of that. The grocery stores off base usually have more fruit than the farmer's markets. Local mangoes pop up in summer but you can get imported ones sometimes at San A Hamby Town near Foster. I would check their first. If not head to Rycom they have the biggest selection.
