Amanda Guido-Cullinan does amazing work for a fair price at her salon. She gets booked up fast, but it's worth it to have a stylist who cares and is always working at her craft.

Jj's is good but closed on weekends. O'Grady's is my favorite...not sure if he is still open on Saturdays but he used to. I have been hearing good things about Main Event barbers downtown but have not tried them personally yet.
