I love Golds Gym! I've been a member for several years and go all the time. I do group exercise as well as do some things on my own too. The staff is so nice and the classes are great - it's made me very enthusiastic about fitness! I have little kids that LOVE the childcare. It's so fun for them. Highly recommend!

I recently joined Health Spring Fitness with North Bay. I was very impressed with overall facility but the educational requirements of all the trainers. Being very upfront and transparent with that info was what eventually narrowed my choice down. Be sure to visit everyone of your possible choices at the times you will most likely be there. This might also help with your choice

I looooove https://www.facebook.com/569063823234824 Barbellfusionfit-Vacaville. I go to the one in Dixon but it's by far the very best gym I have ever been a part of. We get one on one and the support is incredible. There isn't a specific kids corner but there is an area for kids. My kids bring something to entertain themselves and they are good for 45 min. You can try a 7 day trial, which is what I tried and I was hooked!!!

Hmm...these are great ideas! Sometimes the same old routine gets boring and monotonous. I've done Sweat Heroes where my co-worker teaches after work; awesome place but can't afford it. I go when she tells me about the free demos. I'll look into these suggestions. Thank you!
