I agree with Jefferson Street Mansion. They do it all for you with the relationships they have with the different vendors. The place is beautiful also. One of my guests loved it so much she planned her wedding there a couple years later. www.jeffersonstreetmansion.com

Anyone know of any cannabis caterers in the GTA? A friend is looking to hire cannabis caterer for her SO birthday.
Anyone have recommendations for caterers in the GTA?

Not knocking the idea, I'm all for any form of consumption. But how much do you need to consume? For example, let's say you have a dinner party, 6 courses. By the time the amuse bouche kicks in, you're finishing desert. Buy the time all 6 courses kicks in, you'll be home, in bed, sleeping like you've never slept before.
So let's say you have a few different strains/ dishes throughout the evening. What's the point of trying a nice West Coast Indica, followed by a Napanee Sativa, followed by some Afghani hash brownies?? By the time you feel any of the effects, you won't know one from the other.
I can see starting the night with hors d'oeuvres, a few quick bites of tasty infused finger foods. But to go the whole night, consuming more and more seems excessive and pointless. Why not get a buzz early and enjoy the event with your fellow guests?
Spending an evening consuming, only to go home and get high AF as the last two courses kick in doesn't seem like my kind of party.
It's all new, I'm sure we'll go through phases. The novelty will wear off, people will get rich catering to the cool hipster/yuppy crowd trying to be in front of the next cool thing. Not trying to put anyone down, just my views on hip, cool things.
