Well Benita Capps...here was our biggest issue...American family did a great job replacing everything even with depreciation (for the most part) EXCEPT....about 3 weeks later our air conditioner was about to be used for the first time cuz it was a brand new house and it went out on us after using it only one day....then about less than a few months ago from our second tv went out and our washer which was another $800 bucks...they wouldn't cover the air conditioner repair because they had a "lightning specialist"...whatever the crap schooling you have to have to become one of those I don't know said it wasn't due to lightning but our electrician did but they went with the lightning specialist so I didn't dare even try and tell them about the second tv and washer 8-10 months later even tho it was pry from a direct hit from lightning on the roof of our house...struck one of the shingles and had to have the fire dept come and everything due to a burning smell in the attic that was horrible

There's your book haha if you can beat their prices and that bullcrap...I'll switch...State Farm is a lot more and so was farmers
