Thanks everyone for the recommendations. We went with Sean@Riverview Garage Doors. We called him yesterday afternoon and he was here today by 12:00 and it's done. He was the cheapest out of all the others we called - $170.00, where most of the others were $225.00. We would highly recommend them.
