Moving to the area soon. Question regarding gyms. I am currently at LA Fitness, which I love. Will be a bit of a drive from FH though. Is there a comparable gym out...

Mandy Joyce never gonna happen though
Eric J. replied:
Mandy I don't know of any nearby spin instructors but...Fishhawk is 15 min from one of the top 10 Mountain Bike Trail systems in the country. Check out Alafia State Park on singletracks.com I guarantee that you will get a much higher heart rate and better overall body workout on these trails than any spin class.

MBJ Health & Fitness on Bloomingdale has Pitaiyo and is going to offer Zumba. They are having a FREE trial class on Wednesday night They also do amazing massage, Cranial Release Therapy for migraines, Personal Training and Group Fitness. I bought a block of Pitaiyo classes-great for relaxation, core strength, and balance.
Now that the LA fitness on Bloomingdale is closing I need to find a new gym. Any recommendations near fishhawk? Childcare is a necessity for me. TIA!
