Next step up are some retired CTA drivers who've bought used over-the-road buses from the 1990 s. Make sure you're satisfied with the certifications/licensing (must also be legal in Indiana & Ohio, remember) and maintenance (how does the aircon work and smell? what about the toilet?) before you sign any contracts. I'd start my calls with Chicagoland Transportation Solutions, Three Star (out of Naperville), and Aries.

I've used Coach USA for work group travel stuff and they're good and the busses are clean. Though your group size is a number that might be an issue as the largest coach busses hold 55-57 people. Good luck!
