Recommendations for an Osteopath in North Shore area Slept funny about a month ago. Got a sore neck and it's getting worse. Not too keen on the ones who do acupuncture...

[Summit Physiotherapy](http://www.summitphysio.com.au) at North Sydney. Fixed my sore back a few years ago, and gave me an ongoing exercise routine to keep up by core muscle strength. Haven't had a relapse since. I wouldn't recommend an osteopath, as osteopathy is a pseudoscience, not a properly trained medical practice. Physios on the other hand actually study and have degrees in human physiology.

Thanks for the recommendations. I've seen some amazing osteopaths in the past (the amazing women at Glebe healing Center) about 12 years ago and had really good experiences with them that's why I asked for osteopaths. They seem to be much more gentle for me than physios and chiros. I booked a sesh at the chatswood osteo Center tomorrow so hopefully get something me relief Peace xx
