I would Ike to say me. But why would you believe me? After all we all think we are the best! What I would like to say is interview a couple of realtors. Ask questions. After all, this transaction is a lot of money, and it's your friends money. Please call and aso me questions. Sometimes it's more about the relationship than the stats or numbers of listings or sales. You have to be comfortable with this person and trust them. Call me and interviewme!
