Company called Picasso Homes in the valley. Sister had reno work done by them and they were great. They were one of the contractors with the quotes and from what I remember they are quick to turn around the quote, as well. I follow them on instagram@PicassoHome but I think this is their website: www.artofhome.ca

I'm doing a complete renovation in my Bathroom. Building back up from stud and concrete floor. Get a gold quality contractor and you'll be happy with the job as long as you live there. I don't recommend DIY. Even a small job like a condo bathroom involves a lot more than you'd think.
