Looking for a recommendation for a shop that could sandblast and possibly powder coat a bike frame I have an older Trek frame that I am going to be building into a bike...
kendalldog replied:
I had my Cannondale frame powder coated by CC Coatings on SE 67 th. It was back in 2009, so I'm not sure if they still do it. They did a great job.
_HeadlessBodyofAgnew replied:
Color FX was recommended to me for the same question and they did a fine job on my old steel frame.

I had a good experience with Portland Powder Coating with some welded railings.
disappointer replied:
[Portland Powder Coating](http://www.portlandpowder.com) just off of Powell? I haven't used them personally but they've been there forever (since '93) and have good reviews. Seven Corners cycle shop is nearby, and the people that run that place are rad and would probably be able to give you the low down on it.

There's a place in Vancouver that does it [http://www.mandmpowdercoating.com/](http://www.mandmpowdercoating.com/)

Any recommendations of a Bike shop to restore a Flyer Vintage bicycle? in the Vancouver area of course. Thanks for the recommendations.
Vancouver C. replied:
Hi Stacey, when you say "restore" do you mean getting it rideable or putting new paint on the bike, or both? I recommend the The World Cycles on Commercial st to get the bike going and toxik design lab in Richmond for bike paint or powder coating. Hope that helps!
Stacey H. replied:
Thanks for the recommend. Mechanically. It's really rusted out, all over, needs a major do over. Still have original paint and original white wall tires. I want to replace the old tires with white wall tires and keep the paint, still so beautiful and all original paint. Again, thank you very much for the recommend for The World Cycles.
Hello Community,
I am searching for two or three penny-farthing bike riders (with bikes) for a small event in Vancouver on April 18.
Do you know where I can find...
