Check out http://www.primeplumbing.net/ - they did good work at my parent's place though I've never used them and not sure if they do outside stuff like that - worst case it's not that hard to fix if you know where the leak is.

Dorsey Davis went ten million extra miles for me that year I had no heat or hot water in the middle of winter for a month... the boiler mfg was no longer selling parts and I was looking at 10K to replace. DD figured out how to fix it somehow... call him!!! I have his email too if you need it.
