The entire office staff will take very good care of you and whatever your needs may be. I've worked with Dr. Hawk in Nokomis as an intern. He takes his time and his staff is very cordial. As far as a pediatrician, Dr. Mihm and Dr. Kahn on the island are wonderful. They make sure to respect the values of their patients, but aren't afraid to test for anything. They take their time as well.

O'Brien Smiles in Sarasota is experienced with special needs. I've also heard good things about island village dental and how they work with patients with special needs. Remember, Medicaid nor medicare covers adult dental.
