Hey Ricki-Lynn. I will be offering a bunch of different classes this fall out of SHAPE studio in the mall. Check out the Facebook page. We are just getting things set up with scheduling and costs and you will see lots posted very soon with information on that page. The classes I run will be everything but boring!!!!

Hey Shana. The easiest way to go about it right now is just watch/like the Facebook page SHAPE studio as I am offering an array of classes and the schedule is currently being finalized as we speak. We are brand new starting this fall. My own personal business is Threshold Fitness & Nutrition and my own Facebook page will also be up and running in next week or so when I get home from family holiday. Once you see schedule/class descriptions I would be more then happy to answer any questions you may have. Thanks for your interest - hope you see something you would like to participate in.
