Extremely knowlegable and professionally educated in the field of personal training from Fitness Institute International. Ken gives you one on one fitness training including nutritional guidance. You should come check out Christi's Fitness and their expanded location Studio C 1250 & 1275 Old Dixie Hwy. many adult classes including Pilates, Yoga, Barre, Zumba, Tibata and many more. Small team training with Tribe offering punch (boxing), LIFE, FIT, CORE, also children's classes in gymnastics, dance, tumbling, swimming, martial arts. Very clean and well staffed childcare for ages 6 weeks-12 years.
