Dr. Smith let me drive 7 miles into town through a snowstorm while he called-in...too slick. I walked in and heard his staff ask If anyone had called me. I said I'm here. Would have been nice to get a call BEFORE I left my house. Haven't been back. Received no apology from him.

I owed $ 60 to Dr. Smith. Talked to them and told them I would pay in full when my visa card that my health insurance provides came in. Got sick and made an appointment. When I got there they refused me service. I ended up with pneumonia. I go to Lexington Clinic now and love it

I go to Versailles Family Medicine, my entire family does and we really enjoy Jenna!!! I've never seen Dr Smith and had an experience with a female PA that wasn't pleasant so I ALWAYS ask for Jenna and couldn't be happier!!! Everyone is nice there tho, just prefer Jenna!

I liked Versailles Family Medicine when I lived there. They actually called me with my test results to let me know all was fine. I saw Brian Smith. Seemed to really listen and try to help.

Thank you for sharing your bad experiences Debbie Hudson. My experiences have been very different than yours Dr Welling has always been awesome and her staff busy yet respectful. I have seen Curt a couple of times throughout the past decade with positive results as well.

Versailles family medicine on Wilson Ave, they are just family practice but they see kids of all ages and my girls have been going there since they were 7, very caring group of caregivers and they do accept Medicaid. They also are Open until 8 pm on Tuesday and Thursday and have a walk in sick clinic every day
