pretty much everyone should offer dedicated ips etc, I use hostmysite.com, nothing amazing to be honest, but not much bullshit either which is hard to find sometimes.. check them or: slicehost.comrackspace.comdreamhost.com really depends on the size of your app and what you need but everything is 'seo friendly'
