David Moran “Keep water in plumbing trap to create a barrier from your home.” Will you please tell me what you mean by that; I don’t know what a plumbing trap is. My recommendation is also for Orkin; once you are under contract with them they will come back immediately, even on weekends. Additionally, their employees are bonded. The problem is that the pests are ahead of the EPA regulations as to the pesticides permitted to be administered on our properties. For example, Orkin has different sprays for the inside of your property than they do for the outside.
