Are you yourself able to get coupons? If yes I recommend http://totalbeautycenter.at/leistungen.php - it's like a Beauty Center, and if you buy something for f.ex. 30 euros she can choose herself what she wants (massage or such) - no english Version as far as I saw though

www.groupon.at has lots of great deals on fun or distracting activities! You can sometimes get coupons for spas or salons, restaurant vouchers and stuff like chocolate making courses with dessert. Could give you some inspiration.
