Almost everyone speaks at least the basics. Do you need an English speaking trainer, or what exactly are you looking for? Personally, I work out at Holmes place and almost everyone speaks English fluently. However, the gym is quite expensive. It's a minimum of 80 euro a month.

If you go to the gym to talk to people, you should go to a bar instead.

I am at McFit and saw trainers speak English there - Meidling, Floridsdorf, Maria Hilferstr. Why do you need to talk to them anyway? Do you want them to recommend a plan for you?
vgrt2 replied:
You’re not going to have any problems with English. Someone will speak it any gym you go to. I tend toward more dance and yoga classes and even there if there are non-German speakers the instructor will add enough English that people can follow. I’d just make it clear to any gym that you will be leaving in X number of months so that you don’t get stuck in a long term contract. As you’re a student have you checked out USI? It’s for students and courses (or you can buy discounted blocks of time at gyms or in the university gyms) run for the semester. Next semester’s program comes out beg of Feb. http://www.usi.at/en/

Thanks in advance:)
Hello, I was wondering whether anyone has a gym membership that expires soon (around end of this month or so) who does not use it and wants to sell it to me for cheap?...
