Chez Katherine Grant Albert is always My Fave!!!. But If you want breakfast cooked for you by a hot frenchie Chez Doris Arnold is the way to go.

Kaiser Franz Josef in Sievering used to have good delas för week or month-long stays. I've heard they were planning (or have had) A major refurbishment this year so might not be the case anymore. Worth checking out thou.. Stayed there a few times myself.
