Dr. McHale at INOVA. http://www.inova.org/physicians/details.aspx.... Only saw her for a short period but we really liked her. Very no nonsense.

I highly recommend Dr. Ahner in the 4 th for a gynecologist, but she only takes private insurance, I believe, and very popular so she might not be taking new patients. It's worth checking though, she's really nice and speaks perfect English (she worked in Boston for a few years) as well as German.

For a gyno, definitely check out Dr. Bibiana Kalmer. She is in the 7 th district, right off of Mariahilferstrasse. She is excellent and I believe speaks English, Italian, German, Spanish and French. I have recommended her to several friends and they all had very pleasant experiences with her. She is expensive, but if you have private insurance then you should be fine.:) also, if you need a general practicioner sort of doctor, check out Dr. Gabriele Binder in the 1 st district. She also speaks several languages and is really nice.
