Pet Style (see their FB page) arranges home stays for pets. Urban Dog (Res Canes see FB page) does daycare and also does training. They mainly teach in Lithuanian, but you can attend (I did) and the trainer will translate as you go. It was fine. I have had very good experiences with both places!
