I suggest http://draiveris.lt/. I have practiced my driving skills before passing/changing my driving licence. I had a russian speaking driver, I know they got english speaking. Im very satisfied with them. I had the best instructor, as far as I know he is a former traffic policeman, so he knows many things and very proffecional. I had a very good expirience. I passed from the first time ( I was having 15 years of driving expirince before but on russian roads, and not on EU rules and traffic regulations) I had 20 lessons, and codes for KET tests from them. Ang got free lessons as well just before going to Regitra same day
