Royal Athletic Club is nice and never feels crowded. No pool though and it depends on your needs where free weights are concerned. Sometimes I've had to wait there. No one super sets here.

Agree with Adam... Lithuanian Children and Youth Center is the cheapest, and it is rather good. I use it often, and there is always plenty of space on the lanes! 5.79 EUR for one hour... swim cap is mandatory!!! (swimsuit too:) )
