Lara, I can recommend Eduardas Lakštauskas. He has a clinic on the corner of Stirnų 28 / Elnių 27. Tel: +37067788547 www.lakstauskas.lt Unfortunately his website in only in Lithuanian and Russia. But as I remember he speaks English (not sure about his staff)

I can recommend Rimantas Jakimavicius in Sporto gatve. You get appointments soon after you call, he speaks good English and he really knows what he's doing. I didn't have to see him often, which is the best recommendation ;-)
