Lay on your back, knees bent, move both side to side like a car wiper. Then, while on your back, arms out like your on a cross, right foot to left hand, left foot to right hand, hands always stay on the floor and keep legs strait as possible. That's called Iron Cross. Next facing down, same thing but reverse, like your heel reaching for the back of your hand. Those are called Scorpions. Hope that helps
