if you are a member of navy federal or USAA and work with a realtor that is part of their Realty Plus program you will also receive cash back at the time of purchase. You don't have to finance through navy federal or USAA to use the program. Devin or Paulina Giovacchini can help you with this. We are moving in August using the VA home loan. My husband is 90% disabled and we hadn't had another Realtor tell us about this program and a lot aren't in the program. We will be getting over 4000 back cash when we close on a house. DON'T use Quicken Loans. Horrible service and they will sell your mortgage. A lot of lenders do. I refinanced with Quicken one time. You know the old saying......... fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. They will never get another chance to get me. I had a great experience with North State Bank. You could also check with Denise Barbour at Union Bank in Youngsville, she can steer you in the right direction. Good luck.
