I know its a little far but there is a sliding fee dental clinic in Bangor. They take walk-ins. The last time I checked the Knox County Dental Clinic was only on Weds. and was very limited on availability. http://pchc.com/locations/dental-center/

Jessie Albert Dental Clinic in Bath provides emergency care at very low rates and their docs were very good to me. Knox Dental Clinic is nearly free but they don't do emergency care--enroll with them asap to get routine care going!

I started going to Belfast Dental Care in belfast, I believe they do payment plans. Dr. Piper is a saint.

I really like Mount Pleasant. Both Dr. Pier and Dr. Laliberte have been excellent- thorough, calm, and skilled. The hygienists are tremendous, and everyone is very warm and friendly. If you are nervous at the dentist, ask to wear the leaden x-ray bib. The weight is very comforting.

Check out Kennebec Valley Dental Arts in Fairfield - I drive an hour to see them since I moved because they're so awesome! The offer full sedation and gas - as well as TVs, music and super friendly staff! I won't go anywhere else!

They also have Dr. Sarah and she is great as well. My husband used to have a huge phobia about even going into the dentists office, but he loves it there, and so do my kids. They have these glasses that can play movies or tv shows that is great. You don't have to see what they are doing and it keeps you distracted. Everyone in the office is great, and they offer a couple of options for if you have a large bill such as for a root canal. The number there is 236-3100.

Midcoast Denistry in Thomaston closed. I would call and ask who is accepted. I've got Martins Point and my spouse has Tricare and it's much harder for me to find someone!

MetLife.com/tricare gave us a list... But the three within 25 miles - one is closed- one has no availability until MAY and the other I left a message with :/

Creekside Dental in Bristol! They are about a mile past Miles Hospital. They are very nice and accommodating.

I have MetLife and martins point. Dr. Piper in Belfast takes it. ( but not Tricare for my spouse)

Try Dr. Day in camden

This did not work for me. Dr Rosenberg had one made for me that was top and bottom, with hinges spring. That was amazing. Called but girl said didn't take that insurance. He wasn't in and she wasn't all that pleasant.

You could call the office I work for in Union to see if we accept that insurance. . I don't know because I'm the dental assistant so I don't know about the fees & insurance information. I do know to make a night guard is pricey but we also take impressions of the teeth and send them out to a lab to have made so it's made properly for the patients mouth. So that's where the higher fee comes in,rather than one from a store or online. It's Smile Concepts in Union.
