They also except every healthcare provider. My oldest son was going to another Doctor in Waldorf and kept having issues with his ears and she kept just giving him antibiotics. Literally on the first visit I told the Nurse Practitioner Melissa (can't think of her last name at the moment, but she see's patients and writes prescriptions) took one look at his ears and said he'll need ear tubes sent me to the ENT is Upper Marlboro (Dr. Pena) got his surgery 2 months later and NEVER got another ear infection again and at the time he was 18 mos old. I highly recommend them.

Oh the best is Dr. Abney at Cambridge Pediatrics... she has served as chief of pediatrics for southern maryland hospital and civista and was appointed by the governor as the state's something for pediatrics. i love her and the entire staff at cambridge.

Just so you know I just called and made an appointment for my twins as new patients with Dr. Johnson and she is 4 months out with new patient appointments. So I suggest if you decide to go with her and you don't already have a primary doctor for your child to make an appointment with her now but find another physician in meantime until it gets closer to your appointment date then switch just in case your child gets sick in the meantime and need to get him/her in before your appointment with her.
