I used Gary Stevens Const in Seal Rock. They did our roof which consisted of tear off, new plywood and 110 mph comp shingles. He was $1500 cheaper than CB. He's also done our dry rot and termite damage repair and deck repair. He's busy but worth it IMO.

Welcome to Waldport Amber and family! As long as your dog is not kept tied up outside, it should be fine. We have dogs, cats, etc. and all have thrived well. Yes, there are Contractors and Gardeners but....good luck in getting a return call. We get all our work done from Contractors from the Tri-Cities, and.....pay much less. But rent is very high, so are groceries and utilities. Some people have been on waiting lists for a rental for up to a year or so. But I wish you luck and hope you'll be happy here in this little piece of heaven.
