I, too, am sorry for your loss! I work for 2 attorneys who are both priced very reasonably. One is Paul Osterlund and the other is David James Robinson. They can be reached at 541-336-2257. You can call the Oregon State Bar ("Lawyer Referral Services") and get a referral for one of them, then your initial consultation will be only $35, and you can get a better understanding of what might be required in your estate. I'll look up the number and be back.

I don't think there are any on the coast, but I highly recommend http://www.skinner-disability.com They are in Medford, but most business can be handled electronically, so travel isn't too much of an issue.
